It’s time to get our homes christmas ready!! Thank you Andrea from The Aromahead Institute, this is direct from her recipe book. Keep your spray ready for after your shower! Not only will your bathroom be fresh but you will get the benefit as well. Particularly good for you to protect from allergies. Dam you Hay Fever season!

Eucalyptus Lemon Shower Spray

  • 30 ml water

  • Dash of white vinegar

  • 3 drops Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus)

  • 3 drops Lemon (Citrus limon)

Mix together in a 30ml glass spray bottle. Combine the water, dash of vinegar, and essential oils in the bottle. Shake well before spraying this on your shower walls and wiping them down with a clean rag or paper towel.

I like to use this blend after I take a shower. It works great for any surface that’s water friendly. All I do is spritz it on my shower walls and wipe them down, and then I don’t have to worry about things like mold or grime building up. (No one wants mold or grime hanging around, especially in the room where we go to get clean!)
